Print head is core component of XinFlying sublimation printer, so we must be careful when installing it to avoid damage to print head due to improper operation. Pay attention to following points when installing printer head.
1.Before installing print head of XinFlying sublimation printer, you must ensure that printer is operating normally,ground wire must be connected, and there is a stable voltage.
2.Before installing print head of XinFlying sublimation printer, do not touch conductive body with both hands, and do not have sweat on hands of operator, or touch printhead line plug. Once print head is plugged in, it may directly cause printhead to short circuit. In addition, remember to turn off power and unplug power cord during installation.
3.Under normal circumstances, XinFlying sublimation printer head has no less than two print head data plug-in lines.Line head scale of print head line is generally divided into positive and negative sides. Confirm direction when installing.
4.When printhead line is connected to trolley board,power must be turned off first. In addition, corresponding position of line from XinFlying sublimation printer head must be figured out to avoid damage to print head.
5.You need to pay attention when inserting damper. Do not let ink drip onto data line to prevent ink from flowing into circuit, which will easily short-circuit circuit and cause print head to burn.
Life of XinFlying sublimation printer head is limited. If we usually cherish a little more and think less of operation error, then we can extend life of XinFlying sublimation printer head.
